Join us for an educational community talk by Laurie Mooney, MD, Sleep Medicine at Knox Community Hospital. Dr. Mooney will explain insomnia and its causes and treatment options such as behavioral therapy, medications, and sleep hygiene techniques. Registration is required but the event is FREE.
