Carol Grubaugh joined the Knox County Chamber of Commerce in 2000 and has served as Executive Director since December 2009. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Organizational Leadership from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Carol is also a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management (IOM). She is a member of the Rotary Club of Mount Vernon, serves on various committees/boards in the community, and has a passion for her Chamber work. Carol and her husband, Greg, reside in Mount Vernon.
Debbie joined the Chamber in April 2018 as Program Coordinator. Debbie serves as the Chamber's representative to the Knox County Safety Council, is a member of Kiwanis International, and serves on several committees in the community. Debbie resides in Mount Vernon with her husband, Cliff.
Savannah joined the Chamber in 2023 as our Member Relations Coordinator. Savannah, also, works as the Member Relations Coordinator for the Knox County Conventions and Visitors Bureau. Savannah resides in Fredericktown with her fiance, Payton.
